Innovation Centre, Nelson
The Innovation Centre Brunswick Street Nelson is the latest addition to LCDL’s portfolio of properties providing flexible accommodation for new and small businesses.
The 8,400 sqft two story building is occupied predominantly by advanced technology sectors.

The phone system and internet connectivity was linked via 2 other buildings, what we needed was a new phone system and internet connections on top of all this the building was set up as one large VLan so this would need to be separated out so that each tenant company had their own VLan.
PAS came in with a competitive quote.
At our request PAS Partnership worked alongside an IT based company to come up with a solution that would meet all of our voice and data needs. All tenanted areas were separated out into individual VLans voice and data cabling was installed along with a Avaya IP office incorporating full voice over IP extensions.

All of this was located within a new easily accessible comms room
Right from the start of the project PAS liaised with the companies within the building ensuring that they knew what was happening and that their needs were being catered for.
The first floor and ground floor both went live on the new system over two weekends ensuring a minimum of disruption.
Training sessions were arranged for the companies within.
The professionalism and dedication of the PAS team was very obvious we knew we were in good hands.
The project was completed on time.
