The New Media Software team has been producing software applications and products since 1992. Research and development of the Adaptive product started in 1998 and the first product, Adaptive Messaging, was released in 2000, which is when New Media Software Ltd was founded.

Today, the company provides a wide range of applications for general businesses and call centres alike. Many companies rely on the Adaptive products and, in fact over 2000 licences have been supplied in the UK.
